Proprietary license

Scope

This proprietary license applies to StaticOps 0.4.0 and later. Versions 0.3.14 and earlier remain AGPL-3.0-only; previously granted rights are not revoked.

Ownership

Original StaticOps code, binaries, documentation, designs and branding are the exclusive property of Plume-Paopedia. Third-party components and FINAL FANTASY XIV materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Permitted use

You may download, install and run an unmodified official copy of StaticOps for personal or internal use.

Restrictions

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, publish, redistribute, sell, modify, create derivative works, disclose source code or reverse engineer StaticOps, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Warranty

StaticOps is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. The complete license supplied with the software controls.
