What the website collects, and what it does not.
The website receives no raid data. The application may send anonymous broad usage counters, without combat content.
What the website does not collect
There is no form, account, functional cookie, database or public API on this website.
- No player name or FF Logs report
- No ACT, Discord or StaticOps identifier
- No application backup
Minimal audience measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page views and technical performance to identify slow or unused pages. It does not build user profiles and uses no tracking cookie.
External services
The installer downloads directly from GitHub Releases, with no intermediate page. GitHub and Discord links open their respective services; their policies then apply.
Desktop application measurement
After an information notice, StaticOps counts active installations and daily use of broad categories: analyses, live tracking, FF Logs, Discord, exports and comparisons. No log, player name, encounter, FF Logs URL, webhook or local path is sent. The option can be disabled in Settings; doing so requests deletion of measurements tied to the current identifier.
- Random installation identifier transformed server-side and renewed within 13 months
- Local queue limited to 7 days
- Pseudonymous data limited to 25 months; anonymous totals may remain afterwards
Optional administrator access
No account is required to use StaticOps. The private usage dashboard does require the owner to sign in with Discord. Supabase then verifies identity on the server; other accounts receive no administration data. This authentication is separate from anonymous usage counters.
Optional account and cloud backups
Discord sign-in can manually create up to three private snapshots in Supabase. Discord sends Supabase the ID, name, avatar and email required for the account. Each snapshot contains the SQLite history needed to restore sessions, pulls, players, deaths, mechanics, metrics and FF Logs associations. There is no automatic synchronization.
- Settings, secrets, webhooks, tokens, paths, ACT logs, caches and images are excluded
- Private per-user storage and HTTPS transfer
- Deleting the account and remote data does not erase the local database
